Over the last few months, American Airlines and its sister airline American Eagle have been very busy rolling out new service to cities around the United States as well as globally.

In order to promote these new destinations, American Airlines is offering the opportunity to earn up to 100,000 AAdvantage bonus miles by travelling to certain destinations.

To take advantage of this offer you will need to fly round trip to or from at least two of the new cities listed here.

You will earn your AAdvantage bonus miles for travel between April 9th and July 31, 2010.

For each trip you take in addition to the first one, you earn more miles. If you end up flying ten round trips to or from ten different cities, you will earn the 100,000 AAdvantage bonus miles.

The schedule basically works like this: 2 round trips earns 1,000 bonus miles, 3 trips nets you 4,000, 4 trips is 6,000 all the way through to the ten trips which gets you the 100,000.

The cities you need to travel to in order to take advantage of this currently are: Allentown PA, Asheville NC, Augusta GA, Beijing China, Charleston WV, Cheyenne WY, Eleuthera Bahamas, Fargo ND, Fayetteville NC, Harrisburg PA, Lexington KY, Myrtle Beach SC, Rapid City SD, Scranton SD, Treasure Cay Bahamas, and Tri-Cities TN.
