Cebu Pacific (CEB) on-time performance (OTP) hit 91.2 percent for March 2010, exceeding the International Air Transport Association (IATA) industry standard of 85 percent.
“This is largely in part because of our guests who show up on-time for their flights, and the most modern aircraft fleet in the country.
“We expect delivery of three more Airbus A320 aircraft by the end of 2010, helping us deliver faster, more efficient service to our guests,” said Candice Iyog, CEB vice president for marketing and distribution.
CEB has maintained an on-time average of 91.8 percent for the first quarter of 2010, with the highest monthly average being 92.5 percent on-time for February.
The airline celebrates its on-time operations with a Cebu and Davao hub seat sale from April 17 to 19, 2010, for travel from June 1 to August 31 this year.
Passengers travelling from Cebu to Clark, Tacloban, Iloilo, Cagayan de Oro, Bacolod, Dumaguete, Siargao and Surigao can avail of the P499 ‘Go Lite’ seat sale. The fare is also available for Davao to Cagayan de Oro passengers.
A ‘Go Lite’ seat sale of P799 is also available for flights from Cebu to Manila, Davao, Butuan, Dipolog, General Santos, Legazpi, Ozamiz and Pagadian.
CEB is also offering P999 seats from Davao to Manila, Iloilo, Zamboanga, and Cebu to Puerto Princesa (Palawan), Boracay (Caticlan) and Zamboanga.
A P1,999 ‘Go Lite’ fare is also available for Cebu to Singapore and Hong Kong. Passengers with check-in luggage just need to add P100 upon booking.
