Southwest Airlines is running a promotion where you can save up to 111 dollars on a travel package to Treasure Island in Las Vegas Nevada.

Treasure Island is located on the strip and has a pirate theme which has been tarted up for adults. You can pretty much walk anywhere you need though there is a tram that takes you to the Mirage and other large strip hotels.

The deal breaks down like this: Book your flight and hotel package and save 55 dollars, if you stay 3 nights, save 77 dollars when you stay 4 nights and for stays of five or more nights you will save 111 dollars.

In addition you will be eligible to receive a 30% discount off of your hotel stay at Treasure Island.

These customized vacation packages include roundtrip flight via Southwest, Hotel accommodations including taxes, Rapid Rewards credit on the flight portion, 24 hour traveler assistance, and up to two checked bags for free provided they meet the weight and size limits.

This offer is for travel between the dates of May 1 2010 and August 31 2010 and a seven day advance purchase is required.

Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards Promotion

Southwest Airlines is currently offering a promotion called Double Credit Days promotion.

So on designated days you will receive in addition to your regular Rapid Rewards credit, a bonus Rapid Rewards credit on any flight you take on Southwest Airlines.

This means that you will earn two credits for every one way flight, so four total credits when you travel any round trip from any city that Southwest Airlines provides service.

This is an exciting promotion because what it basically boils down to is at that rate you will earn a free round trip ticket to any of the more than 65 cities that Southwest Airlines travels to just after four round trip flights.

The offer gets better for business class; if you purchase a Business Select Fare through this promotion then you will receive 2.25 credits for “short haul” flights and 3 credits for “long haul” flights. In order to quality for this program you must complete your travel between April 7 and May 26 2010.

Once you apply to the Rapid Rewards Program you will be automatically entered into this promotion.
